The bulk condo tenant storage locker provides secure storage solutions for a wide range of facilities, including apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military, government, and business tenants. This all-steel storage locker is designed for easy installation while ensuring maximum security and strength. It features ventilated construction that allows light, air, and sprinkler penetration. The bulk locker is constructed with 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal doors and sides, supported by heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles for added reinforcement. The doors are equipped with a welded brace and heavy-duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges, and a welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately) along with an ergonomic door pull for enhanced security. Additionally, a 13" transom above the doors provides extra overhead space. Inside, a 22 gauge steel shelf separates two locker compartments. The locker is finished with a durable silver powder coat and can be easily wall mounted to eliminate the need for a locker back panel (hardware not included). Add-on lockers can be seamlessly attached to starter lockers or other add-ons to create aisles or rows of multiple lockers connected side-by-side or back-to-back. This product comes with a 2-year limited warranty and is made in the USA.
