The Bulk Condo Tenant Storage Locker provides secure storage solutions for various facilities, such as apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military installations, government, and businesses. This all-steel storage locker is designed to enhance security for residents' personal items in common storage areas of multi-family buildings, while helping to eliminate clutter and maintain proper aisle space. Featuring easy installation, the locker is constructed with 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal doors and sides, complemented by heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles for added reinforcement. The ventilated design allows for light, air, and sprinkler penetration, while the doors are equipped with a welded brace and heavy-duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges, ensuring durability and strength. For enhanced security, the locker includes a welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately) and an ergonomic door pull. A 13" transom on top of the doors provides additional overhead space. With a silver powder coat finish, the locker can be easily wall-mounted, eliminating the need for a back panel (hardware not included). The unit is backed by a 2-year limited warranty and is proudly made in the USA.
