The bulk condo tenant storage locker provides secure storage solutions for various facilities including apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military, government, and business tenants. This steel storage locker is designed to eliminate clutter and ensure proper aisle space in common storage areas, offering a robust solution for securing residents' personal items in multi-family buildings. Its features include easy installation, maximum security, and strength, with ventilated design that allows for light, air, and sprinkler penetration. Constructed using 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal for the doors and sides, the locker also boasts heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles for added reinforcement. The doors are equipped with welded braces and heavy-duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges for increased durability. A welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately) and ergonomic door pull enhance security, while a 13" transom on top of the doors provides extra overhead space. The locker is finished with a silver powder coat and can be easily wall-mounted, eliminating the need for a locker back panel (hardware not included). Additionally, add-on lockers can be connected to starter lockers or other add-ons, facilitating the creation of aisles or rows of lockers arranged side-by-side or back-to-back.
