The Bulk Condo Tenant Storage Locker is designed to provide secure storage solutions for various facilities, including apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military, government, and business tenants. This all-steel storage locker allows for easy installation while ensuring maximum security and strength, making it ideal for securing residents' personal items in common storage areas. The ventilated design permits light, air, and sprinkler penetration, enhancing safety. Constructed with 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal doors and sides, it features a heavy gauge vertical frame with extra reinforcement from horizontal frame angles. The locker doors are equipped with a welded brace and heavy-duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges for increased strength and durability. Additionally, the locker includes a welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately) for security and an ergonomic door pull. A 13" transom on top of the doors provides additional overhead space. Finished in a silver powder coat, the locker is wall-mounted, eliminating the need for a back panel (hardware not included). Add-on lockers can easily be connected to starter lockers or other add-ons to create rows or aisles of lockers, accommodating various storage needs. The product comes with a 2-year limited warranty and is made in the USA.
