The bulk condo tenant storage locker offers secure storage solutions for various facilities including apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military installations, government buildings, and businesses. Designed to secure residents' personal items within common storage areas of multi-family buildings, it helps eliminate clutter while allowing for proper aisle space. This all-steel storage locker is easy to install and maximizes security and strength, featuring ventilated construction that permits light, air, and sprinkler penetration. The locker includes 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal doors and sides, reinforced by heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles. Doors are equipped with welded braces and heavy-duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges, while a welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately) and ergonomic door pull enhance security. Additionally, the design incorporates a 13" transom above the doors for added overhead space and a 22 gauge steel shelf to separate locker compartments. The locker boasts a silver powder coat finish and can be easily wall mounted, eliminating the need for a back panel (hardware not included). It is backed by a 2-year limited warranty and is made in the USA.
