The bulk condo tenant storage locker is designed to provide secure storage for various facilities, including apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military, government, and business settings. This all-steel storage locker facilitates easy installation while ensuring maximum security and strength. It features ventilated doors which allow light, air, and sprinkler penetration, and is constructed from 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal for the doors and sides. The durable design includes heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles for extra reinforcement, along with doors that are equipped with welded braces and heavy-duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges for enhanced strength. Security is further addressed with a welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately) and an ergonomic door pull. Additionally, a 13" transom on top of the doors provides extra overhead space, and a 22 gauge steel shelf separates the locker compartments. The locker is finished with a silver powder coat and can be easily wall-mounted, eliminating the need for a back panel (hardware not included). It also comes with a 2-year limited warranty and is made in the USA.
