The bulk condo tenant storage locker offers secure storage solutions for various facilities including apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military, government, and business tenants, making it ideal for safeguarding residents' personal items in common storage areas of multi-family buildings. This all-steel storage locker is designed for easy installation, combining maximum security and strength with features such as ventilated design that allows for light, air, and sprinkler penetration. Constructed with 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal for doors and sides, it also includes heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles for additional reinforcement. The doors are equipped with a welded brace and heavy-duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges for added durability, along with a welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately) and ergonomic door pull for enhanced security. A 13" transom above the doors provides extra overhead space, while a 22 gauge steel shelf separates the two locker compartments. The locker features a silver powder coat finish and can be easily wall-mounted, eliminating the need for a back panel (hardware not included). Additionally, an add-on locker can be attached to the starter locker or other add-ons, enabling the creation of aisles or rows of multiple lockers connected side-by-side or back-to-back.
