The Bulk Condo Tenant Storage Locker is designed to provide secure storage solutions for a variety of facilities including apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military, government, and businesses, effectively addressing the need for secure personal item storage in multi-family buildings. This all-steel storage locker features easy installation and offers maximum security and strength, with ventilated design allowing for light, air, and sprinkler penetration. Constructed with 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal doors and sides, the locker is reinforced by heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles. The doors are equipped with a welded brace, heavy-duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges for durability, and a welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately) for added security, complemented by an ergonomic door pull. Additionally, a 13" transom on top of the doors enhances overhead space, while a 22 gauge steel shelf divides locker compartments. Finished in a silver powder coat, the locker can be easily wall-mounted to eliminate the need for a back panel (hardware not included). The product comes with a 2-year limited warranty and is made in the USA.
