The Carlisle Durapan™ light gauge two-thirds size pan measures 13-7/8" x 12-3/4" and features 18-8 stainless steel construction that prevents jamming during storage, making it highly durable. With double reinforced corners and a unique impact-resistant edge design, the pans maintain their shape under tough conditions. They are designed to provide a tight seal for improved temperature retention, while the full shoulder around the pan prevents jamming during storage. Tapered pans fit standard food pan templates and can stack or nest with most leading brands. The spoonable bottom maximizes serving yield and facilitates easy cleaning. Durapans are compatible with Carlisle's ColdMaster® cold pans, eliminating the need for unsanitary ice baths. These versatile stainless steel food pans can transition from freezer to oven to serving line, making them ideal for cook-chill operations. They are available in industry-standard 22 gauge or economical 24 gauge, with NSF listing for compliance.
