The Durapan™ light gauge one-half size perforated pan measures 10-3/8" x 12-3/4" and has a depth of 4.5". Constructed from 18-8 stainless steel, these pans are designed to prevent jamming during storage, thanks to their double reinforced corners and unique impact-resistant edge design that helps them maintain their shape under tough conditions. The pans feature a full shoulder to prevent jamming and are tapered to fit standard food pan templates, allowing for convenient stacking or nesting with most leading brands. The spoonable bottom maximizes serving yield and simplifies cleaning. Additionally, Durapans are designed to seamlessly fit into Carlisle's ColdMaster® cold pans, ensuring superior cold retention without the need for ice baths. These versatile stainless steel food pans can transition from freezer to oven to serving line, making them ideal for cook-chill operations. They are available in industry-standard 22 gauge or economical 24 gauge options and are NSF listed.
