The Durapan™ light gauge one-third size pan measures 6-7/8" x 12-3/4" and has a depth of 4". Constructed from 18-8 stainless steel, these pans are designed to prevent jamming during storage, featuring double reinforced corners and a unique impact-resistant edge design that helps maintain their shape under tough conditions. The full shoulder around the pan contributes to better temperature retention by ensuring a tight seal while also preventing jamming during storage; tapered pans are compatible with standard food pan templates and can stack or nest with most leading brands for convenient storage. The spoonable bottom maximizes serving yield and simplifies cleaning. Durapans are compatible with Carlisle's Coldmaster® cold pans, providing superior cold retention without the need for messy ice baths. These versatile stainless steel food pans can transition from freezer to oven to serving line, making them ideal for cook-chill operations. The pans are available in either industry standard 22 gauge or economical 24 gauge options and are NSF listed, with the choice of heavy weight 22 gauge or standard 24 gauge.
