The Durapan™ light gauge one-half size pan measures 10-3/8" x 12-3/4" with a depth of 6". It is constructed from 18-8 stainless steel, which prevents jamming during storage, and features double reinforced corners along with a unique impact-resistant edge design that helps the pans maintain their shape even under tough conditions. The design includes a full shoulder around the pan to prevent jamming, while the tapered shape fits standard food pan templates, allowing for stacking or nesting with most leading brands for convenient storage. The spoonable bottom maximizes serving yield and simplifies cleaning. Durapans are compatible with Carlisle's ColdMaster® cold pans, providing superior cold retention and eliminating the need for ice baths. These versatile stainless steel food pans can transition from freezer to oven to serving line, making them ideal for cook-chill operations. The pans are available in industry standard 22 gauge or economical 24 gauge options and are NSF listed. They come in either heavyweight 22 gauge or standard 24 gauge specifications.
