The Carlisle Durapan™ light gauge one-quart size pan measures 6-3/8" x 10-3/8" and is identified by model number 607142. This pan is constructed from 18-8 stainless steel, ensuring that the pans will not jam together during storage. It features double reinforced corners and a unique impact-resistant edge design that helps the pans maintain their shape under the toughest conditions. The pan is designed to maintain a tight seal for better temperature retention, with a full shoulder around the pan to prevent jamming during storage. Tapered pans fit standard food pan templates and can stack or nest with most other leading brands for convenient storage. The spoonable bottom maximizes serving yield and facilitates easy cleaning. Durapans are specifically designed to fit into Carlisle's Coldmaster® cold pans for enhanced cold retention, eliminating the need for unsanitary ice baths.
