The Durapan™ light gauge one-third size pan measures 6-7/8" x 12-3/4" and has a depth of 2.5". It is constructed from 18-8 stainless steel, which ensures that the pans will not jam together during storage. The design features double reinforced corners and a unique impact-resistant edge that helps the pans maintain their shape even under rigorous conditions, while a full shoulder around the pan prevents jamming and allows for convenient stacking or nesting with most leading brands. The spoonable bottom maximizes serving yield and simplifies cleaning, and the Durapans are compatible with Carlisle's Coldmaster® cold pans, which provide superior cold retention while eliminating the need for ice baths. These versatile stainless steel food pans can transition from freezer to oven to serving line, making them ideal for cook-chill operations. They are available in standard industry gauges of 22 or economical 24, and are NSF listed.
