The Durapan™ light gauge full-size pan measures 20-3/4" x 12-3/4" with a depth of 4". It is constructed from 18-8 stainless steel, ensuring that the pans will not jam together during storage. Key features include double reinforced corners and a unique impact-resistant edge design, which help maintain the shape of the pans under tough conditions while providing a tight seal for better temperature retention. The full shoulder design around the pan prevents jamming, allowing for tapered pans that fit standard food pan templates and stack or nest with most other leading brands, facilitating convenient storage. The spoonable bottom maximizes serving yield and enhances ease of cleaning. Durapans are designed to fit into Carlisle's Coldmaster® cold pans, offering superior cold retention and eliminating the need for messy and unsanitary ice baths. These versatile stainless steel food pans can transition seamlessly from freezer to oven to serving line, making them ideal for cook-chill operations. The pans are available in both industry-standard 22 gauge and economical 24 gauge, and are NSF listed, with options for heavyweight 22 gauge or standard 24 gauge.
