This cover is made from 18-8 stainless steel, ensuring that pans do not jam together during storage. It features double reinforced corners and a unique impact-resistant edge design that helps the pans maintain their shape under tough conditions while providing a tight seal for better temperature retention. The full shoulder around the pan prevents jamming during storage, and the tapered design allows for compatibility with standard food pan templates, enabling stacking or nesting with most other leading brands for convenient storage. The spoonable bottom maximizes serving yield and simplifies cleaning. Durapans are specifically designed to fit into Carlisle's Coldmaster® cold pans, facilitating superior cold retention without the need for messy ice baths. These versatile stainless steel food pans can transition from freezer to oven to serving line, making them ideal for cook-chill operations.
