The Armored Textiles N54ARMRE150N Armored Reel Single Jacket Fire Hose is a 1" x 150 ft hose designed for high performance with a pressure rating of 300 psi and comes in a vibrant red color. This lightweight, polyester jacketed hose is engineered to replace traditional heavy rubber booster lines and can be charged while on the reel. It meets or exceeds the NFPA 1961 Fire Hose Standard, 2013 edition. The single jacket is constructed from 100% continuous, virgin high tenacity polyester, circular woven and impregnated with a polymer compound that provides superior resistance to chemicals, abrasion, oil, and ultraviolet light. This hose features a synthetic lining made from 0.023" extruded polyurethane with helical interior reinforcement, which remains flexible between -58° F and 180° F and is resistant to ozone deterioration without the use of reclaimed materials. The adhesion rate between the liner and jacket ensures minimal separation during use. Additionally, the outer jacket is required to withstand a minimum of 15,000 cycles on the Taber Abraser without showing abrasion through the filler yarn, and the hose is capable of functioning at temperatures as low as -40° F without apparent damage to its jacket or lining, confirmed by a rigorous cold bend test.
