BSC Preferred's™ Series dry environment duct fans are engineered for handling clean dry air at temperatures up to a maximum of 180°F, making them ideal for applications such as fume removal in paint spray booths, smoke extraction from welding operations, or air supply for make-up systems. The fans feature long-life, maintenance-free sealed bearings, spark-resistant heavy-duty cast aluminum propellers, and an adjustable motor base that ensures proper belt tension for maximum belt life. The pulleys are constructed from rugged cast iron or turned steel, and the motors are high-quality industrial-grade options available in single or three-phase configurations, totally enclosed or explosion-proof. Additionally, customers can choose from optional accessories including a belt guard, horizontal or vertical support brackets, a combination motor cover/belt guard, inlet or outlet guards, OSHA compliance features, companion flanges, an inspection door, and horizontal support legs, all of which enhance the functionality and safety of the system.
