BSC Preferred's™ Series Dry Environment Explosion Proof Duct Fans are specifically engineered for handling clean dry air at temperatures up to 180°F, making them ideal for the removal of fumes in paint spray booths, smoke extraction from welding operations, or as supply air for air make-up systems. These fans are equipped with long-life maintenance-free sealed bearings and spark-resistant heavy-duty cast aluminum propellers. The adjustable motor base facilitates proper belt tension to maximize belt life, while the pulleys are constructed from rugged cast iron or turned steel. These fans feature high-quality industrial-grade motors available in single or three-phase configurations, including optional specifications of 3 phase 230/460V with motor power ratings of 1/3, 1/2, 1, or 1-1/2 HP. Optional accessories include a belt guard, horizontal or vertical support brackets, a combination motor cover/belt guard, inlet or outlet guards, OSHA compliance, companion flanges, an inspection door, and horizontal support legs.
