BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Tube Axial Duct Fans are designed for use in dry maximum 104°F environments to economically remove fumes, dust, or smoke. These fans are suitable for air make-up systems where the motor must be located in the airstream, as well as in harsh, dry environments when equipped with mill and chemical duty motors and special coatings. The kit includes standard propellers made of non-sparking cast aluminum, and the fan housing features all welded, heavy gauge steel construction. The motors are high-quality industrial-grade options available in single or three-phase, totally enclosed configurations, with optional specifications including a 3 phase 230/460V 1/2 or 3/4 HP motor available upon request. Optional accessories include companion flanges, horizontal support legs, horizontal or vertical support brackets, inlet or outlet guards, an OSHA compliant inspection door, and epoxy or urethane coatings.
