BSC Preferred's™ Series direct drive tube axial duct fans are engineered for dry environments with a maximum temperature of 104°F, designed to efficiently eliminate fumes, dust, or smoke. These fans are suitable for applications such as air make-up systems where the motor must be positioned in the airstream, as well as in harsh, dry environments when equipped with mill and chemical duty motors and special coatings. The fans come with optional specifications, including a 3 phase 230/460V motor and options for 1/2 or 3/4 HP motors, available upon request from your BSC Preferred sales representative. Key features include standard non-sparking cast aluminum propellers, and a fan housing constructed from all-welded, heavy gauge steel. The motors are high-quality industrial grade, provided in both single and three-phase totally enclosed varieties. Additional options include companion flanges, horizontal support legs, horizontal or vertical support brackets, inlet or outlet guards, an OSHA compliant inspection door, and epoxy or urethane coatings.
