BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Tube Axial Duct Fans are engineered for use in dry maximum 104°F environments, providing an economical solution for the removal of fumes, dust, or smoke. These fans are suitable for air make-up systems where the motor must be located in the airstream and are ideal for harsh, dry environments when equipped with mill and chemical duty motors and special coatings. The fans come with a standard non-sparking cast aluminum propeller, an all-welded heavy gauge steel housing, and high-quality industrial-grade motors available in single or three-phase configurations with totally enclosed options. The available optional specifications include a 3-phase 230/460V motor with either 1/2 or 3/4 HP. Additional optional accessories include companion flanges, horizontal support legs, horizontal or vertical support brackets, inlet or outlet guards, an OSHA-compliant inspection door, and epoxy or urethane coatings. The dimensions and specific certifications can be tailored to meet compliance requirements as needed.
