BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Tube Axial Duct Fans are engineered for operation in dry environments with a maximum temperature of 104°F, specifically designed to efficiently eliminate fumes, dust, or smoke. These fans are ideal for air make-up systems requiring motors in the airstream, as well as harsh, dry environments when equipped with mill and chemical duty motors and special coatings. The fans come with optional specifications such as a 3 phase 230/460V motor with a power rating of either 1/2 or 3/4 hp. The standard propellers are made from non-sparking cast aluminum, while the fan housing features all welded, heavy gauge steel construction. The motors are industrial grade, available in single or three-phase models that are totally enclosed. Optional accessories include companion flanges, horizontal support legs, horizontal or vertical support brackets, inlet or outlet guards that are OSHA compliant, an inspection door, and epoxy or urethane coatings.
