BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Tube Axial Duct Fans are engineered for dry environments with a maximum temperature of 104°F, efficiently removing fumes, dust, or smoke. These fans are suitable for applications such as air make-up systems where the motor must be positioned within the airstream and can be used in harsh, dry conditions when fitted with mill and chemical duty motors and special coatings. The kit includes an option for a 3 phase 230/460V motor with either 1/2 or 3/4 HP. The standard propellers are made from non-sparking cast aluminum, and the fan housing features all welded, heavy gauge steel construction. The motors are high-quality industrial grade and come in single or three-phase totally enclosed configurations. Optional accessories available are companion flanges, horizontal support legs, horizontal or vertical support brackets, inlet or outlet guards, OSHA compliant inspection doors, as well as epoxy or urethane coatings.
