BSC Preferred's™ Series Explosion Proof Direct Drive Tube Axial Duct Fans are engineered for operation in dry environments with a maximum temperature of 104°F, effectively designed to remove fumes, dust, or smoke. These fans are suitable for a variety of applications, including air make-up systems where the motor must be placed in the airstream, as well as harsh, dry environments when equipped with mill and chemical duty motors and special coatings. The standard propellers are constructed from non-sparking cast aluminum, and the fan housing features all welded, heavy gauge steel construction. The motors used are high-quality industrial grade and are available in both single and three-phase explosion-proof configurations. Optional accessories include companion flanges, horizontal support legs, horizontal or vertical support brackets, inlet or outlet guards, an OSHA-compliant inspection door, and epoxy or urethane coatings.
