BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Tube Axial Duct Fans are engineered for operation in dry environments with maximum temperatures of 104°F, effectively removing fumes, dust, or smoke. These fans are suitable for air make-up systems where the motor must be located in the airstream, and they are also designed for harsh, dry conditions when equipped with mill and chemical duty motors alongside special coatings. The fans include standard propellers made of non-sparking cast aluminum, feature an all welded, heavy gauge steel construction for the housing, and are powered by high-quality industrial grade motors available in both single and three-phase options, totally enclosed. Optional specifications encompass a 3 phase 230/460V, 1/3, 1/2, or 1 HP motor. Additional accessories include companion flanges, horizontal support legs, horizontal or vertical support brackets, inlet or outlet guards that are OSHA compliant, an inspection door, and options for epoxy or urethane coatings. These fans come with a warranty, ensuring reliability and performance in demanding environments.
