BSC Preferred's™ Series Explosion Proof Direct Drive Tube Axial Duct Fans are engineered for use in dry environments with a maximum temperature of 104°F, making them ideal for economically removing fumes, dust, or smoke. These fans are suitable for applications such as air make-up systems where the motor is positioned in the airstream and in harsh, dry conditions when equipped with mill and chemical duty motors and special coatings. Key features include standard propellers made of non-sparking cast aluminum and an all welded, heavy gauge steel fan housing. The motors are industrial-grade and available in both single and three-phase explosion proof options. The kit includes optional accessories such as companion flanges, horizontal support legs, horizontal or vertical support brackets, inlet or outlet guards, an OSHA compliant inspection door, and epoxy or urethane coatings.
