BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Tube Axial Duct Fans are designed for use in dry maximum 104°F environments to economically remove fumes, dust, or smoke. They are suitable for applications such as air make-up systems where the motor must be located in the airstream and in harsh, dry environments when equipped with mill and chemical duty motors and special coating. The fans include standard propellers made from non-sparking cast aluminum, and the fan housing features all welded, heavy gauge steel construction. Motors are high-quality industrial grade and are available in single or three-phase totally enclosed configurations, with optional specifications including a 3 phase 230/460V, and either a 1/2 or 3/4 HP motor. Optional accessories include companion flanges, horizontal support legs, horizontal or vertical support brackets, inlet or outlet guards that are OSHA compliant, an inspection door, and epoxy or urethane coatings.
