BSC Preferred's™ Series Explosion Proof Direct Drive Tube Axial Duct Fans are engineered for dry environments with a maximum temperature of 104°F and are ideal for effectively removing fumes, dust, or smoke. These fans are suitable for air make-up systems where the motor is positioned in the airstream and are designed for use in harsh, dry conditions when outfitted with mill and chemical duty motors along with a special coating. The fans feature standard non-sparking cast aluminum propellers and an all-welded heavy gauge steel construction for the housing. They are equipped with high-quality industrial-grade motors that are available in both single and three-phase explosion-proof configurations. Optional accessories include companion flanges, horizontal support legs, horizontal or vertical support brackets, inlet or outlet guards, an OSHA compliant inspection door, and epoxy or urethane coatings.
