Smt deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearings due to their performance and competitive pricing. Constructed from AISI 52100 bearing steel or other specialized steels for unique environments, Smt bearings find applications in a variety of equipment such as electric motors, appliances, fans, pumps, machine tools, agriculture, clutches, conveyors, and food processing machinery. A range of special environment bearings is available on a special order basis, including SUS 440C stainless steel bearings for corrosion resistance, SUS 304 stainless steel bearings that provide both corrosion and heat resistance as well as non-magnetic properties, and SUS 630 stainless steel bearings known for excellent corrosion resistance and superior loading capabilities. Additionally, grease-free bearings are available for applications where lubrication is not permissible, and ceramic bearings are designed for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
