SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders and are designed to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. These bearings are crafted from high-quality materials to ensure corrosion resistance, particularly suitable for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications operating in elevated temperature and humid environments. The outer and inner rings and balls are made from SUS 440C stainless steel, while the cages and shields are constructed from SUS 304 stainless steel. Additionally, nitrile rubber (NBR) seals are included to enhance durability. Available on special order, SMT offers a range of specialized environment bearings such as SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings for superior corrosion resistance and load capacity compared to SUS 440C, grease-free bearings for lubricant-restricted applications, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
