Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at elevated speeds. Constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, these bearings are particularly suitable for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and applications subjected to high temperatures and humidity. The outer and inner rings, along with the balls, are made from SUS 440C stainless steel, while the cages and shields are crafted from SUS 304 stainless steel. The seals are composed of nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special order options include SUS 304 stainless steel bearings, which offer enhanced corrosion and heat resistance for nonmagnetic applications where SUS 440C is unsuitable; SUS 630 stainless steel bearings, known for superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities; grease-free bearings for environments where lubrication is not permissible; and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant scenarios.
