Smt deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders designed to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearings due to their capabilities and competitive pricing. These bearings are manufactured from AISI 52100 bearing steel or other specialized steels for specific environments. Common applications include electric motors, appliances, fans, pumps, machine tools, agriculture, clutches, conveyors, food processing, textiles, packaging machinery, and a variety of other equipment and machinery. A selection of special environment bearings is available upon special order, including SUS 440C stainless steel bearings for corrosion resistance, SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, and SUS 630 stainless steel bearings that provide superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities compared to the other stainless options. Additionally, grease-free bearings are available for applications where lubricants cannot be used, and ceramic bearings are offered for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
