Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance, these bearings are ideal for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications subjected to higher temperatures and humid environments. The bearings feature outer and inner rings and balls made of SUS 440C, cages of SUS 304, shields of SUS 304, and seals made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings can be ordered, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings offering excellent corrosion resistance and higher loading capability, grease-free bearings for environments where lubricant is not permitted, and ceramic bearings suitable for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant conditions.
