SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for corrosion resistance, these bearings are ideal for applications in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and environments with higher temperatures and humidity. The bearings include outer and inner rings, as well as balls made of SUS 440C, cages of SUS 304, shields also of SUS 304, and seals made from nitrile rubber (NBR). For specialized applications, SMT offers special environment bearings available by special order; these include SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings which offer superior corrosion resistance and loading capabilities compared to SUS 440C and SUS 304, grease-free bearings for scenarios where lubricants cannot be used, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
