Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders and are designed to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for corrosion resistance, these bearings are well-suited for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in higher temperature and humid environments. The bearings have outer and inner rings and balls made of SUS 440C, cages of SUS 304, shields of SUS 304, and seals of nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings can be ordered, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in non-magnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings that offer superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capability compared to SUS 440C and SUS 304, grease-free bearings for lubricant-restricted applications, and ceramic bearings suitable for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
