Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, capable of supporting radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for corrosion resistance, these bearings are commonly utilized in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in high temperature and humid environments. The components include outer and inner rings and balls made from SUS 440C, cages crafted from SUS 304, shields of SUS 304, and seals made of nitrile rubber (NBR). Special environment bearings are available upon request, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings offering superior corrosion resistance and loading capability, grease-free bearings for use without lubricants, and ceramic bearings suitable for extremely corrosive and nonmagnetic environments.
