SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from materials that ensure corrosion resistance, these bearings are ideal for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in higher temperature and humid environments. The key features include outer and inner rings and balls made from SUS 440C stainless steel, cages and shields crafted from SUS 304 stainless steel, and seals made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, SMT offers special environment bearings available by special order, which include SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for applications requiring corrosion and heat resistance as well as non-magnetic properties, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings that provide superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities than SUS 440C, grease-free bearings for environments where lubrication is not permitted, and ceramic bearings suited for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
