SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders and can support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Made from SUS 440C stainless steel for exceptional corrosion resistance, these bearings are ideal for food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in high-temperature and humid environments. The bearings include outer and inner rings and balls made from SUS 440C, cages constructed from SUS 304, shields also made of SUS 304, and nitrile rubber (NBR) seals. Special order options include SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings for superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities, grease-free bearings for applications prohibiting lubricants, and ceramic bearings for use in extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic environments that require no lubrication.
