SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, allowing them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Made from SUS 440C stainless steel, these bearings offer corrosion resistance, making them suitable for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in high-temperature and humid environments. The construction features outer and inner rings and balls made of SUS 440C, cages crafted from SUS 304, shields also completed in SUS 304, and seals made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Additional specialty bearings are available upon special order, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for applications requiring corrosion and heat resistance along with non-magnetic properties, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings which provide superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capacity than both SUS 440C and SUS 304, grease-free bearings for environments where lubricants are not permitted, and ceramic bearings ideal for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
