SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, allowing them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed with SUS 440C for the outer and inner rings as well as the balls, these bearings offer excellent corrosion resistance. The cages and shields are made of SUS 304 stainless steel, while the seals are constructed from nitrile rubber (NBR). In addition to standard offerings, SMT also provides special environment bearings available on a special order basis, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings designed for corrosion and heat resistance in non-magnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings that offer superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capacity, grease-free bearings suitable for applications where lubricants cannot be used, and ceramic bearings ideal for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
