Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, allowing them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from high-quality materials, these bearings offer excellent corrosion resistance, making them ideal for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications exposed to higher temperatures and humid environments. The outer and inner rings and balls are made from SUS 440C stainless steel, while the cages are crafted from SUS 304 stainless steel. The shields are also made from SUS 304, and the seals are composed of nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings are available on a special order basis, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings for superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities, grease-free bearings for lubricant-restricted applications, and ceramic bearings for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant settings.
