Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders and are engineered to support radial, axial, or combined loads at elevated speeds. Made with SUS 440C stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance, these bearings are ideal for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other systems operating in high-temperature and humid environments. The bearings consist of outer and inner rings and balls made of SUS 440C, cages of SUS 304, shields made from SUS 304, and seals crafted from nitrile rubber (NBR). Additional special environment bearings are available upon special order, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in non-magnetic applications where SUS 440C is unsuitable, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings that offer superior corrosion resistance and loading capabilities compared to SUS 440C, grease-free bearings for applications that cannot accommodate lubricants, and ceramic bearings suitable for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
