SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel, these bearings offer excellent corrosion resistance and are commonly utilized in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications within higher temperature and humid environments. The components include outer and inner rings and balls made from SUS 440C, cages crafted from SUS 304, shields also made from SUS 304, and seals composed of nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings are available through special order, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for nonmagnetic applications that require corrosion and heat resistance, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings known for superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capability compared to SUS 440C and SUS 304, grease-free bearings suitable for lubricant-free applications, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic environments where lubrication is not permitted.
