SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, allowing them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance, these bearings are ideal for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in high-temperature and humid environments. Key features include outer and inner rings, as well as balls made from SUS 440C, cages and shields made from SUS 304, and nitrile rubber (NBR) seals. Additionally, special environment bearings can be ordered, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in non-magnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings offering superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities, grease-free bearings suitable for applications where lubricant is prohibited, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic, and lubricant-free environments.
