Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, making them capable of supporting radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for corrosion resistance, these bearings are ideal for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and environments characterized by higher temperatures and humidity. The kit includes outer and inner rings, balls made of SUS 440C, cages made of SUS 304, shields and seals made of SUS 304 and nitrile rubber (NBR), respectively. Additionally, special environment bearings are available upon request, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for applications requiring corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic scenarios, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings which offer superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities than SUS 440C and SUS 304, grease-free bearings suitable for applications where lubricant is prohibited, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
