Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for optimal corrosion resistance, these bearings are designed for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications operating in high-temperature and humid environments. The bearings include outer and inner rings and balls made of SUS 440C, cages of SUS 304, shields of SUS 304, and seals of nitrile rubber (NBR). Special order options include SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for applications requiring corrosion and heat resistance in non-magnetic conditions, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings with superior corrosion resistance and enhanced loading capacity compared to SUS 440C, grease-free bearings suitable for environments where lubricants are prohibited, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
