SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, making them capable of supporting radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C for outer and inner rings and balls, and SUS 304 for cages and shields, these bearings also feature nitrile rubber (NBR) seals for enhanced durability. They are particularly suitable for applications in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other environments characterized by high temperatures and humidity. Special environment bearings available upon request include SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings which offer superior corrosion resistance and enhanced loading capabilities compared to SUS 440C and SUS 304, grease-free bearings designed for applications where lubricant cannot be used, and ceramic bearings for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
