SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, allowing them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from materials that offer corrosion resistance, these bearings are ideal for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other machinery operating in elevated temperature and humid environments. The bearings feature outer and inner rings and balls made from SUS 440C stainless steel, cages and shields constructed from SUS 304 stainless steel, and seals made of nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, a range of special environment bearings can be ordered, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for enhanced corrosion and heat resistance in non-magnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings offering superior corrosion resistance and increased loading capacity, grease-free bearings suitable for applications where lubrication is not permissible, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic, and lubricant-free environments.
