SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. These bearings are constructed from high-quality materials designed for superior corrosion resistance, making them suitable for applications in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other environments that experience high temperatures and humidity. The bearings include outer and inner rings and balls made from SUS 440C, cages made from SUS 304, shields also made from SUS 304, and seals crafted from nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings are available upon request and include SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for enhanced corrosion and heat resistance in non-magnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings for superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities, grease-free bearings for applications where lubricant is not permitted, and ceramic bearings suited for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic, and lubricant-free environments.
